A little about me...
I have been married 19 years and have 2 kids. My daughter is 15 & my son is 7. Weight & diet has never been a problem for me until a year or so ago. I am 38 now & I guess I was lucky long enough. I am tall ( 5'9 ) and I can gain some weight without it showing too much. I am tired of it though. I can't wear what I want anymore if I don't lose some weight. I live in Florida so I would like to wear tank tops & shorts without feeling uncomfortable.
My husband is dieting with me so should be easier than trying alone. Lots of support and he is the family cook most of the time.
