So had some set backs lastweek, Got sick on wednesday and stayed in bed all day thrusday, exept when I was in the ER getting stitches. Spent Friday in bed. Ate weird because of being sick, did not keep track but that is ok. Had on ok weekend.
Today in a new day, a monday and the start of a new month,
Goals for March,
Record everything and be more accurate,
Follow workout schedule, push harder in the gym
Be under 160 when we leave to move to Califorinia.

Feel really sick today. Bad cough and congestion. This could hurt working out. I did not work out yesterday, and don't think I will today.

Carvings, so today started that time of the month, which means what I want to eat changes drastically. I am not hungry most of the time for the first 2 days, and nothing sounds good to eat. Then when something dose sound good it is normally sweets or ice cream. I know that I need to still try and eat healthy, and balanced but it is just hard.
