Worked out hard last night followed by an ice bath. My body is going to be sore for a while I think but I know it is a good thing. Not feeling like I am going to drop the weight that I want to. I would love to be around 155 by the time I see my family again at the end of the month, I have not been that low in about 5 years, and it would mean only about 15 more pounds to go. I wanted to do cardio twice a day this week but with being sore I did not get it done. I will try and do some this weekend and next week will be a fresh start. I have to make sure I am good this weekend. I want to go out and I know I can as long as I am smart about it.
I want to take my messurments tomorrow morning. I have not done it in a while and I want to see where they stand.

WoW, I am sore this morning, I upped my weight and added new exercises routine for my upper body last night. It is a good thing. My legs are sore from Tuesday and running some last night. I was able to run for .5 miles last night which for me is really good. I was kinda lazy this morning and did not go work out but I will when I get off and I will try to do everything that is on my schedule for the day. I would love to see my self under 160 by the end of the month. I don’t remember the last time I was.

Yesterday was better, I made it to the gym in the afternoon and increased my weight on my leg machines, I changed up my workout plan so that I am lifting everyday but switching upper and lower body I think it will help me more. I did good on my calories untill I made cookies. Well I still was not that bad. I can't give up treats all together I would go insane and not do well.
I made my self get up this morning and work out. Just did some cardio but it was good. 45 min of cardio.
My legs are feeling really sore right now, I did not get time to stretch this morning I will this afternoon.

Well was lazy last night and did not make it back to the gym nor did I this morning. I will go and spend some time there this afternoon.
