Just ate some celery and peanut butter and now my stomach is kinda up set. I wonder if it is nerves or what I ate.

Had a hard time working out last night but I managed to do 35 min on the ellyptical, I could not push my self as hard as I would like. The past 2 weeks have have not been making it in the morning and I would like to get back in that Habit, it is hard when I did not have to work and now when my fiancee is doing school work to get up and go by my self in the mornings. I know that I have a lot more energy when I do so I need to tell my self that in the morning rather than hitting the alarm off.
I had some heart burn last night, not sure what caused it.
So very glad it is the weekend, I want to get to the pool and spend some time there this weekend.
38 days untill the move and there is a lot that needs to get done.

Going to start using this more.
Did not drink as much water yesterday but stayed good on Calories. I want to start weighing all my food so I can be sure I am recording it right. I am starting to see little changes in my body, or I think I can at least.
