Carvings, so today started that time of the month, which means what I want to eat changes drastically. I am not hungry most of the time for the first 2 days, and nothing sounds good to eat. Then when something dose sound good it is normally sweets or ice cream. I know that I need to still try and eat healthy, and balanced but it is just hard.
