So had some set backs lastweek, Got sick on wednesday and stayed in bed all day thrusday, exept when I was in the ER getting stitches. Spent Friday in bed. Ate weird because of being sick, did not keep track but that is ok. Had on ok weekend.

Goals for March, Record everything and be more accurate, Follow workout schedule, push harder in the gym
Be under 160 when we leave to move to Califorinia.
