So I was going to start being really good again. But then I started to get sick and then when on vacation and yeah life happened. I have been good think week so far recording everything I have eaten, I went for a run Monday and the gym. I was sore and having an off day yesterday, so I did not do much. I will go for a run tonight or the gym or both maybe.

Well it has been over a month since I was last on here and since I last recorded or paid attention to what I was eating. I was moving across the country, from Baltimore MD, to Sacramento CA. So while moving and on the road I ate as best as I could, I did not work out much so that sucked. I and up a little bit now in my weight but nothing that I can't over come. I went for a run/jog/walk this morning. 1.2 miles and did it in about 15 min. I will try and do it every morning. My knee hurt a little bit during the run but not to bad. I think I will be able to get to the point where I can do the 5k I want to. I am going to work out on the wii this afternoon. I have some free weights, and stuff so I will work out as much as I can at home. I have a gym at my apartment complex so I may start using that I will see how I do. I have until October 31st to make my big goals. That is when we will have to start making my wedding dress so I will need to be where I want to be. Once it is made it wont be able to be altered much/ or at all.
I am going to start tracking how I feel after each meal. I think that some stuff may be going on with my digestion and I think it will help.

Been Kinda Lazy this week so far. I have decieded that it is more important to my mental health to enjoy the sun for a few day, when I have not seen it in so long. We are going to try and go to the beach tomorrow so I will get a lot of walking in. Next week I am packing and cleaning all week so I will have the time to work out, and make up for the week. Then we will be driving from Baltimore to Sacremento from march 28th-april 3rd so I have no idea how much working out I will get done hopefully some at the hotels.
On a side note we went and saw Stomp last night and it was wonderful.
