Thank goodness my crazy 2090 is behind me...had so many changes...moved to the Canadian Prairies , closed my studio and flopped around for a while wonderful husband took on a great job.. I have no excuse to not start looking after my body! Made great friends and I am always the round one in the photos! Can 2010 be my year of looking great? Oh Yes! I intend to take one day at a time and melt off the pounds!

Grew up in South Africa and have a hard time coping with this cold winter! I'll need all the support I can get!

I totally agree! There are tons of delisious food choices that will keep you satisfied is like putting your body engine on high octane right and you will burn fat!

Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
Dear is for all of us who love food a bad word! It is wonderful to "Kickstart" your loss! There is so much critisism out for many diets it will be helpful if you read up about some of the diets...Most(big) people will tell you the joy of trying out the infamous feel full, you have energy...and above all...your body gets high octane fuel and you start burning fat! Read up about the "blood type "(Dr Adamo) and you will also find out why certain diets work better for you! I am O-positive so my body burns better with low carb! The moment I stop eating bread, sugar and corn syrup laden foods my weight comes off! I am a fairly good cook but eat way too MUCH healthy food! Also learn the difference between healthy and just tasty with no nutritional value...You don't really need empty calories to grow some more! I feel for you! We are all in this mess! Let's help to make this year one where we become what we dream to be!

Blood Type O
I am Type "o" and the greatest benefit is that once you follow the listed foods of what is good and what to feel faboulous!
The other secret is to eat the best quality fresh food fresh salmon makes you feel satisfied longer than canned!
I do enjoy cooking so I can easily prepare fresh food fast...even with frozen vegs! Wheat and potatoes are my enemy and the moment I stick to eliminating it the weight drops off. The past year I ignored my body and ballooned to my heaviest ever and had enough!...I was overjoyed to discover this website and would love to share and chat to some "big" buddies out there!
I am an artist potter and the weekend shows are the worst times because eating the wrong food is sooo easy! Ice cream is my addiction!
