I am a 67 and I live on the East side of the Rocky Mountains in northern Montana. The winters are harsh, but the summers make it all worthwhile. We have four rescue dogs that run free but sleep in the house at night (spoiled). Like most of you, I have struggled all my life with my weight. The Keto/Low Carb High Fat way of life is the only way I have been able to lose weight and keep it off. My husband is a Polish man that came to visit the Blackfeet Reservation in 1998, we met and we will celebrate our 20th anniversary this March 2019. I enjoy living in the peaceful countryside where I can see wildlife in my own yard.

Dr. Pepper
I live in a remote part of Montana. I went to the local convenience store and got a large Dr. diet pepper from one of those big pop dispensers. I pushed the "add vanilla" button. Does anyone know if there is hidden sugar in the vanilla? It really tastes good and my blood sugar was up a few points this morning.
