I am 37 years old, have 3 boys. I started out doing Atkins and it did help me jump start my weight loss, I lost 12 pounds, but I just couldn't do that forever with no bread. I switched to weight watchers. I did weight watchers in the past but was not committed to it. This time around I am going to really try to stick with it. I like it b/c I can still eat good (with bread) lol and still lose weight.
