Birth Date: April 7th, 1969
I was thin for more than half of my life. After leaving the Army back in 1996, I have steadily gained weight. My weight use to stay in between 160lbs and 170lbs back in the 90's, and now I find myself at 255lbs!!
I want to get back down to a fit weight around 175lbs so that I can enjoy all of the things that I used to enjoy such as rollerblading, jogging, tennis, hiking, and swimming.
Let's see how it goes.
