I'm Melissa, I'm 19, go to school full time and work two jobs.

My doctor has always told me i need to loose weight because im at high risk of getting diabetes, since it runs in the family. I lost about 13 lbs and doctor says I'm at a healthier weight. I'm pretty comfortable with the way i look but i want to try to eat healthier and exercise to be fit. I'm hoping to lose about 17 more pounds by adding exercise to my weight watchers plan that I used in the past. Hopefully I can loose it all in time for the Summer!

protein shakes?!
i was wondering if anybody has tried protein shakes?? i know the big buff guys at the gym drink a ton of it (lol) but i was wondering if you were to drink just one drink before cardio lets say if it would help to build a little more muscle to burn some extra fat, and wont make you gain weight or look too much like the buff guys.. unless you want to i guess.. Question lol

how many points a day?
It depends on her age also..the older you are the less points you get (it has a 4 point range).

If she is aged 17-26 = 27 points
27-37= 26 points
38-47= 25 points
48-58= 24 points
and over 58 is 23 points

That doesn't include the 35 weekly allowance points which can be used however you want.. hope that helps.
