I have been away from this for almost 2 weeks. Also been away from the gym and dieting part too. I've only gained .3 lbs or something like that, not too bad. But my motivation is out the window. I'm sick of eating the weight watchers meals, because i used to eat them so much. I have to eat one for lunch right now because i have no other options and i want to gag when i smell it. I've been on here for a few months and only lost 4 lbs. I'm being so negative right now but it is how I feel. Does anybody have and tips or anything to help motivate??

ok so i feel like giving up. i haven't gone to the gym all week and can't control my eating I can't figure out what to eat anymore because im sick of all the foods Im used to eating. Ive probably gained another 2 lbs back :( well see tomorrow. I have absolutely no motivation any longer.
