as of 2/1/18 i am 69.9 kgs...almost down to my target of 68 kgs from 100.9 kgs in May 2017. as i am close to my goal, wanting to get into maintenance and i never want to be that overweight ever again!

8/2/2020 update: in the past 2 years I had my 3rd baby and put on some of the weight i lost last time....starting on low/carb again, want to get down to 70 kgs

macronutrient tracking
i'm just loosly tracking carbs trying to keep it a moderate amount per day I like to keep it 50 or below if possible.

Banting - Real Food Revolution
Hi Beth, have been doing keto for 7 months now, lost 40 kgs over that time period, just a little bit more to go till i get down to 68 kgs (currently 69.9). i love this diet, controls hunger really well and appetite, and if you follow it closely you wont need to exercise like crazy, although a bit of strength training each week is great. I love that i can have a steak with cheese and avo. don't miss sugar and carbs at all now. good luck!
