I do WW...and the SaraLee's Delightful Whole Wheat bread is only 1 point for two slices. I don't know if that helps or not. But there ya go.

ridiculous scales!!!
I do that too. It's pretty normal. It mostly just depends on the person. Just make sure to weigh in the same time of day when you do weigh in...whether that is weekly or daily.

South Beach Diet Snack Bar Delights - 1 Point
the kudos bars for snickers and m&ms are only 2 points and I seriously feel like I am consuming a snickers bar. They are heavenly!!

how does chocolate compare with wine points wise? I don't drink so my "comfort food" is chocolate.
