I'm Amanda and I'm a 28 year old mom of 2. When I first started my weight loss journey I weight 267 lbs. After almost a year of trial and error I had lost a little over 10 lbs. That's when I found FS and it has made a HUGE difference! With the help I've received from FS I have been able to do in 3 months what it took me a year to do on my own!

Increasing caloric intake: Does it work?
my friend swears by doing drastic calorie cuts for a couple days to jump start things. She was on a 1400 calorie plan and for about 3 days she dropped to 1000 to jump start things. It worked for her, but I'm not sure how healthy it was. I've also heard that changing workouts does the trick too. For example, if you are running, try switching to yoga.

Two new fast food options added to my list
at Arby's I love to get their roast chicken and ranch sandwich without the ranch. It's only 280 calories are REALLY filling. There's also only 2 grams of fat and 26g or protein. The sodium is a killer though, but I think that's going to be the case no matter which fast food place you go.

How to stop eating at nights?
I usually make some mock chicken soup and eat that throughout the night when I feel hungry. Just get some chicken broth (swanson has some that is only 10 calories a cup) and heat it up with some chopped carrots and celery. It's VERY low calorie but tastes like a real meal.
