  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. For those watching calories, substitute fat free cream cheese.
  3. Enjoy slowly, there's lots of flavor in each rich nibble!
  4. Note: you can also substitute your favorite extract or add to the vanilla, like strawberry extract.

Not bad if cheese doesn't stall you. This would be all of the cheese allowed daily in induction. I'll try and find sugar free vanilla flavoring too. That's just for my crazy body though. Two packets of Splenda count as two carbs also.

It's a really awesome quick fix. I'm going to try putting it on top of the low carb PB cookies!

This has a great flavor - closest to cheesecake yet! Very tasty and I need something High in Calories and low in carbs
Yummy, but way to many calories! Good for Low Carb-ers.
