You could try the lunch box diet. You pack the equivalent of your daily calories in a lunch box and munch on it throughout the day whenever you're actually hungry stopping before you're full.

College Diet
Get yourself a George Foreman, rice cooker/steamer and a crockpot. Between those 3 you'll be able to make whole grains, steamed veggies, healthy soups and grilled proteins like salmon, chicken and steak.

Didn't get enough of my water intake today
I sometimes put a citrus wedge in my water. Orange tends to be pretty good. If you *hate* water you might just want to mix juice with water just so you're staying hydrated so your body can burn fat more easily.

Chinese Food
Ooh, brown rice, egg drop soup to start, sauteed shrimp with snow peas! If you go to a *real* Chinese food place try the steamed or soy sauce chicken with a vegetable side.
