Workout what I'll be eating
My weight loss has come to a stand still, I've been told i need to eat more in order to restart my weight loss. was eating about 900calories a day and need to increase it to 2400calories a day. I will be aiming to breakdown the calories with 50% carbs (no more than 33grams of sugar), 25% Fat (not more 8grams of saturated fat), 25% Protein. And no more than 2300mg of sodium.
