Bad cravings!!! Go away!
Does anyone have any tips on how to be stronger than cravings? I am trying and struggling to eat better. Occasionally I get cravings (Chocolate!!!) and don't know how to fight them off!

Does anyone else feel like they are 'fake' losing weight?
I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way! It's so stressfull when it looks like I've lost a lot then the next day or two I jump on and it's gone up. Mine flexuates up to 7lbs!!! Ah! My friend offered really good advice though. For one thing, our bodies weigh diffent amounts at different times depending on what we eat, retaining water, muscle toning (and remember muscle weighs more than fat).... She suggested limiting the scale to twice a month but also pull out some SKINNY JEANS......every week, try them on to see how they're fitting... this will give you (and me) a more accurate idea of the weight loss. I still have to pull my skinny jeans out to try this!
