Eat Right America
Has anyone tried the Eat for Your Health from the Eat Right America book by Dr. Joel Fuhrman? I picked up the book at my WFM and I have been reading the info on how food affects the body. The key to long and healthful life, according to Dr. Fuhrman, is eating plenty of nutrient-dense foods and limiting dairy and animal proteins. I tried the Atkins diet but I could not stay on it because I do not really like eating meat. Just wondering if anyone else has tried Dr. Fuhrman's approach. I am interested in your thoughts and experiences on this plan.

Points vs. Calories
I am trying to figure out how to meet my daily RDI of calories while staying within my points on Weight Watchers. I am not sure if I am getting enough protein and my carbs far outweigh my protein for the day. I cannot eat dairy/cheese products so how can I add more protein to my diet? Can someone take a look at my food and give me some suggestions?
Thanks.

Enough Protein Doing Weight Watchers
Hi,
I switched back to Weight Watchers after doing the Atkins plan. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to keep my protein intake up while doing weight watchers? I have tracked my weight watchers for the past two days and my carbs are outweighing my protein. I'm afraid I'll re-gain the 8 pounds that I lost. Does it matter on the Weight Watchers program how much protein vs. fat and carbs you eat? Help!

Weight Watchers vs. Atkins
Hi,
I was wondering if someone out there had previously been on Atkins and then switched to Weight Watchers? I am currently on the Atkins plan and have been for about a month now. I am not so pleased with the results that I have achieved so far. I am not sure whether or not to switch back to Weight Watchers instead of continuing on with Atkins. I am really bored with my food choices on Atkins and I am not seeing the same results I used to see when I originally went on the Weight Watchers program several years ago. Can anyone possibly give their opinion/experience on this topic? I have to lose 67 more pounds to get to my goal weight. Really frustrated.

Looking for a few FS buddies to join with me for support
Hi,
I have 67 pounds to go until I reach my goal weight. I have been doing Atkins for 4 weeks now and I am getting bored with all the salads. I do not like many veggies so I am eating the same few over and over again. I also have difficulty eating eggs and ham/bacon every morning. Glad to join your posts for support.
