Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I do my first round of exercise biking when I wake up to get my metabolism moving. After dinner, I hop back on to boost it up again before bed so it's still running and burning at least a few hours into my sleep cycle. So far, I've gone from 330ish to 288
