Weight challenged for the last several years - using food as a comfort to relieve the stress and anxiety of life's unexpected challenges. Starting to get a handle on things. First goal is 250 (starting at 326.5). We shall see what happens from there. I'm 6 ft 5 inches after losing an inch to gravity over the past number of years.

Two grown children and seven grand children.

I am a native duck (complete with webbed feet -LOL!) - born in Oregon and now living in Vancouver (just outside Portland, Oregon). The beautiful green Pacific Northwest!
