I'm stuck!
Thanks so much! That is funny because that is excatly almost what my husband said! I guess im just gonna have to re-evaluate! How did you change you eating habits? What did you do? Very encouraging!!!

I'm stuck!
I weighed my self this morning and I actually gained back 1.5 pounds! I have been buring more than I have been eating, so how am I gaining? This is really discouraging!! I haven't changed my diet and I don't eat out hardly at all. I tend to eat pretty healthy. I work out at least 4 times a week for about 1.5 hours. 30 min of cardio and then weights and calenstenics. What can I do? Help!
