i am in conflict with this diet i have been reading things that people are eating and then i listen to other people that are also doing it follow what is in the meal plan and they are conflicting one says eat this another says eat that i read one thing that says "Intake is restricted to 20 grams of carbohydrates a day at most, and if a certain food is not on your Induction diet, you are to have absolutely NONE of it (http://www.atkinscenter.com). In this stage no fruit, bread, grains, starchy vegetables, or dairy products other than cheese, cream, or butter are allowed. A weight loss of 5 pounds or more a week is not unusual in this stage. In the following 3 stages, Ongoing weight loss stage, Pre-maintenance stage, and Maintenance stage, more carbohydrates are slowly added into the diet and more deviations are allowed from the original "no-no" list. The goal of the final stage, Maintenance, is to teach the dieter what level of carbohydrate consumption he or she can manage without weight gain." so i am wondering if this is what i have to do to make this work

ok on to tomorrow now i have to rethink this whole thing i just did more reading on the Atkins diet and the induction phase well i really need to get a book and i hate to read there is just to much to try and find online i cant get any of my answers meat . like how many carbs are allowed per meal, and do you watch the fats or not to worry about the fats , or like how to keep the calorie intake up and carbs down short of just eating meat and eggs i don't know what else to rat i look at labels and all i see are carbs i guess that's why there are so many of us fighting their weight thing and it sucks i hat the way the surgeon general is supposed to look out for our health and not to encourage the fast food or grosser to add things in to the food we eat to make us fatter well i guess i have to start tomorrow and In this stage no fruit, bread, grains, starchy vegetables, or dairy products other than cheese, cream, or butter are allowed.well i think im done being upset try over again tomorrow no carbs at alln
