well i a mother of 4 kids and married to a good man but over the years i have had a lot of stresses in my life , in 2004 i lost a child that didn't help with my weight gain and then i had a child that went as they call off the deep end he started having problems when his brother passed away and then trying to deal with the problems he has been having i have packed on the pounds and loss pounds but the last year i have gained about 20 pounds and cant seam to get it off so i thought that it was time to put me first i have to do this for me. i am so glad that i have meet new people to help me keep on track and so that we can support each other. i am on face book and am keeping track on there too i am also part of the Atkins on fb too. well want to look me up let me now

i think that i have fixed the start weight but now it will show that i have lost 5 lbs in a day witch i lost in the last 5 days i started on the 26th at 225 and on the 27 i weighed in at 223.7 and then yesterday i weighted in at 221.7 and then today i weighted in at 220 so not doing to bad good for me

hi im 39 and tring to get healthy
Hi all I'm trying to get myself back in shape. I am a mother of 5 but do to unfortunate circumstances I lost my first son Mitchell he was 9 years old, but any way I have 4 others 2 boys 2 girls and my husband Brian. I have been struggling with my weight for the last 10 years. My son Dylan is the cause of a lot of the reason I cant loose it do to he puts me under a lot of stress. I know that it is wrong for me to say that but that is what my Dr.'s have said my son Dylan has conduct disorder and he is very hard to handle. but any way I have decided after having a picture taken of me last week I guess I finally realized how big I have gotten the hardest thing is that I look in the mirror and I see myself and I don't look that big it took me looking at a picture to see it. Has anyone ever been to this point where you can see what everyone else sees.I know that it sounds bad but even when i go out men just seam to not be bothered by my weight they don't think I'm as big as i am ether men still hit on me so I guess that also makes it hard on me to see that i am over weight too. Well I guess that i have talked enough about my self and what to here about you all and your experiences as to when you figured it out
