How do I remain motivated?
@Jamaicandmc - I'm a walker myself, and usually walk on my own. Although I push it quite a bit, and make sure I work up a sweat, it can be difficult to remain motivated. This morning was my first session with Endomondo, a free app for your Blackberry - and I loved it! It tells you how far you've walked and how fast. So you're competing against yourself. Stepping up the exercise without punishing yourself will help to burn those calories, increase fitness, and maybe bring down a little weight.
