I just want to have a healthy BMI so my goal is 140lbs I am fairly active and do workout a least 3 times a week. I am an emotional person which sometimes leads to emotional eating. I work fulltime and am a mother of 3 boys and a stepson.

Fitting physical activity into an already busy schedule!!
I agree with Divided by. At some point you have to make a sacrafice for your well being you want to be healthy to see your children grow up. It can be exhausting I have 3 boys a fulltime job and know how hard it can be. I usually workout during my lunch break or right afterwork. I know if I go home I wont do it later that night.
