This is going to be my new motto!! I cannot foresee what will come and I cant let it be my focus. I have to focus on what I can do to make me a healthy and happy woman.

I have been in a downward slump! Alot going on in my personal life that I let affect me. Im dealing with it and decided that I can't let it get me down. I can't change anything but myself and I do deserve to live a happy and healthy life. I am clocking in and Im going to reach my goal.

Yesterday I was exhausted and felt really beat down. I gave in to my cravings for chocolate. I only went to the gym during my lunch I was too exhausted to go in the evening. I know I needed the break I rested. I have to remain on task and keep moving forward,I know if I let things around me get me down then I will be defeated. I am willing to fight for my health and well being!!!
