Diabetic type 2
Retired Radiographer/ER at 55 due to heart attack. I am 60 presently and started trying to get serious about a weight loss. Tipping the scale @172 and an "11" A1C, it was obvious that I wasn't even trying. This is my journey now. Keto/IF/ til I get there and slowly add in healthier carbs with an eye on my weight..oh yeah, I hope I get determined to workout again, hasn't been the case yet.
