Do Diets Cause Weird Dreams?
I did some research on dreams for a project one time. Sleep specialists and dream experts say that you only remember your dreams if you wake up half way through them. And yes for some people when they change their diet drastically it can cause weird dreams because of your body detoxing.

Yeah same over here, they called it the Satisfaction Plan. I was hoping someone still had something on the core programme because our main food source is gonna be cafes.

Please help, I need some info.
Hi everyone, I joined FS about a couple of weeks ago and it has been awesome. I am currently following the WW points system. I am about to go overseas for two weeks so am gonna switch to the core program as points will not be easy to calculate where I am going. Could someone please tell me how the core plan goes (it IS called the core plan isn't it?) I know the basics of it but would be super greatful if someone could give me a run down on it
