Hi there !
I am almost 40 years old, single working mother of two children.
I have been heavy most of my life. But my weight has been coming down since 2002, when I was at my heaviest of 264 pounds.
I have done everything from Atkins, Weight Watchers, Medifast...
and lately have just been combining my diets off/on ...
I have been doing good switching like this ,
I started back at the Weight Watchers again on August 8, 2007 and was 177 pounds . So I am currently down about 9.4 pounds with my Weight Watchers weigh in on Sept 5, 2007 !!
I have been using Medifast Products which are LOW in
Weight Watchers Points about 1 point for each packet...
and high in protein and low in carbs but high in fiber , which is what counts !
I am hoping to find some great recipes on here
and am hoping to be able to share some of my favorite recipes with everybody else.
Here is to US and losing more WEIGHT !
