Too Little?
I have been counting my calories for about 2 1/2 weeks. The first 1 1/2 I lost steadily, but for the past week I have not lost a single pound. I have been sticking to a 1200 calorie diet with one cheat day that I have not gone over 1800 calories. My question is am I eating too little for my metabolism to work? If I am eating too little what should I raise my calories to if I am eating too little. I hope someone can help!!!

Motivation buddy?
Hello! I am a 25/f as well and looking to lose about 30 pounds. I have been calorie counting about 2 weeks ago and have lost about 4 pounds. I would love to have a buddy to help me keep motivated.
