Thought I'd share alittle about myself now that I've been here for awhile.
I'm a chef and I'm finding it hard to lose weight. I'm always sampling and tasting and there lies my problem.
I rarely eat at work (because of the samplings) so when I get home I'm starving for a complete meal.
Changing the way I work is what I need to do and hopefully will find the support I need here at this little web-site.
I'm married to a wonderful man who is on this regime with me. (He's lost 15 lbss already.)making me feel good that I too will lose the time.

Welcome to fatsecret....I did'nt notice which diet you have picked. I'm on medifast right now and have been on south beach also...You'll find lots of support here and lots of often and remember to journal!

I'm with you 100% emoine...I too have medication issues but I'm sure with the support of each other, we can overcome this weight thingy!Laughing

Rolling Eyes I have no idea what team I'm on.....What am I supposed to do? SO far I'm exactly where I was a week ago...hopefully I'll drop a ppound or so this week!

Great article....I was wondering why I wanted so much bread and rice!Laughing
I'm having trouble with the workout part of the equation. I'm so tired when I get home that all I want to do is eat and sleep!(Carbs)
I go to work at 6:30 am and get off at 2:30pm, great hours, but I'm to tired to use them except for housework and cooking.
Oh well I'll find a program that's 15 minutes or so and try that in the afternoon.Rolling Eyes
