Day one ... Going to join the gym tomorrow....I weighed in at 143.8 this afternoon ....My true goal is 125 ... Less fleshy skin ... I don't know apperance wish what I can achieve at my age .. I will accomplish this goal by February ...

thinking I have a problem with my scale ... Will work program ... Lose 8 pounds by Christmas Weighed in at 145 that would mean 137 ... Not what I thought I would be by Christmas hopeing for 133.. Time wil telll

I will tell you my weight is all over the board ... I find this very interesting .. I believe my digital scale is broken boo hoo I got down to 4 pounds yesterday lol

a small weight flucuation but I am satisfied with a little weight gain .. Signed up for another challenge coming up to keep me motivated
