progressive weight loss .I expect it to level off this week with just a pound or two a week .I am real happy with my diet and so far have no cravings . The Atkins bars curb any cravings for sweet they are real tasty

pleased with results need to slow it down I want gradual weight loss I am eating 4 times a day need to work on this

busy day on the run very sedentary ..will work harder and watch the carbs

went to the grocery store today I got some atkins products .I am happy gives me some variety and very tasty the day break bar ..sweet ..Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp bar Outstanding..Wow I like the portion control got some almonds also in the portion control also..I am so excited to get moving and working towards a goal ..I can do it

working the program ..ended the night with a big apple which really added to the carbs but the scale said I was fine with that ..Anew day .. satisfied with my program.
