I ate to my hearts content yesterday and was well over 2000 calories. accidently drank water before I weighed myself, did not realize what time it was. 128.4 the scale showed, that has been my average weight over the past 2+ weeks of overeating my RDI. I will see if it is back to normal again tomarrow.


Still sore but doing better. today I am going to get my massage and hopefully will get a couple area's I can not work myself loosened up.

making some short ribs for myself today. hubby is still on his cook for himself kick. so no seasoning but salt. I ate less than normal this morning so I can fully enjoy my ribs. I don't tend to eat leftovers as they build histamines in the fridge. 2 pounds with the bones!

Still not exercising, don't want to risk messing up with all these knots still messing with me.

yesterday was a day in hell. I decided on Saturday to switch back to my beef and water as I was getting painful and congested testing different foods and doing much more with seasonings. I definitely have to cut all that out, not healed enough to deal with it. I started with my grassfed homemade chicken stock to finish it off, 2 big cups. I got hit bad with the foggy brain and painful knotting up which continued to cause me so much pain that by sunday I feeling sick all over and so painful I laid in bed on a heat pack working out all the big lumps in my muscles all day.

yesterday I overate my calories more than I ever have during this high calorie testing 10 days. I was well over 1800, lost a pound. weird.

Today I feel a lot better but still very painful and congested. I have a lot of work to catch up with and will get that done inbetween I will be on the heatpack.

I am drinking far more water than normal, just have to have it. And I normally drink a lot. I guess my body is working overtime to help me flush out what made me ill. The higher fat diet is definitely working for me but for now back to just beef except for thanksgiving. I need to feel good enough to make the holiday meal! my son and daughter in law will be up for dinner!
