3 hours and 5 minute workout. I'm still not finished. I still gotta push through 100 sit ups, 15 more squats, and 10 minutes of weight lifting but on the less tireding side, i accomplished my 45 minute jog. the goal I sat for this week.
my next goal is to reach a 1 hour jog before the end of the week. I have no doubt in failing.
my motivative is to keep pushing through.

2 hour and 10 minute workout today including a 35 minute solid jog. I didn't realize how tired I was until I stopped. I could've kept going 5 more minutes but that's for another day (:

today has been one of my roughest days but I still managed to do a 3 hour and 20 minute workout today including a 31 minute jog that I'm more than proud of! just hoping it pays off in the long run because it was more than hard to push through.

only got an hour an 30 minutes of workout in today. felt discouraged and really bad cramps kept me from doing my routine but I'll get back first thing Monday, I'm READY👍never give up!
