3 hours and 5 minute workout. I'm still not finished. I still gotta push through 100 sit ups, 15 more squats, and 10 minutes of weight lifting but on the less tireding side, i accomplished my 45 minute jog. the goal I sat for this week. my next goal is to reach a 1 hour jog before the end of the week. I have no doubt in failing. my motivative is to keep pushing through.
