Ready for take off to coon rapid mpls to see my niece and her mother for 5 days. Yea. The sky is the limit. I’m really looking forward to seeing them. Well I have to put off diet for a while. My Girl Scout honor—-( I promise not to over do it. I will Stay away from the excess food.) I can do it and still have lots of fun with them.

I have not been logging in my food intake lately because of thanksgiving tastings of various ethnic foods. And the boocoo leftovers. But I've been very aware of how much of each foods to try. I did not allow anyone to pressure me into taking their leftover to please them.

Scales did not move so I've not tried to weigh in today. Maybe weighing in twice or three times a week is more encouraging now then everyday as I've been doing. Well my first 3 weeks were very challenging so I had to make sure counting calories would work and it did. Yea!!!!💪🏾 I'm continuing to keep track of food intake just not weighing in everyday now.

I am completing my third week on Sunday. Yah! Weigh is at a stand still. I've not done anything differently to be afraid of not losing. The scale is just not moving downward for now. Darn! I am not discourage just impatient! Hahaha. This is how weight losing goes. let's all hand in there.
