Scales did not move so I've not tried to weigh in today. Maybe weighing in twice or three times a week is more encouraging now then everyday as I've been doing. Well my first 3 weeks were very challenging so I had to make sure counting calories would work and it did. Yea!!!!💪🏾 I'm continuing to keep track of food intake just not weighing in everyday now.

Girl I don't weigh in everyday at all and for me personally that works. Once a week is more satisfying to me. Weigh first thing in the morning if you can. we're here for ya!
