Today has been pretty good. Although this is a day used for me to enjoy my peace before beginning a new work week, I have been motivated to exercise none the less. I did the exercise video for 2 miles with my son Devin. We both enjoyed it and my son was surprised I lasted that long. As for my food intake, I have managed to eat according to my rules which is good as well. I cooked fried chicken and mashed potatoes for my kids for dinner, but I ate boiled chicken. Although tempted slightly to break off a piece of fried chicken, I refused myself. As for the late night cravings...I have yogurt waiting on me when that time arises.
I am determined to lose 20 pounds before the end of the month.....8 more days to go.

I am feeling pretty good. However, it has been such a long work week. I haven't recorded a journal in a few days, because it has been just that busy for me this week. I am pleased to report that I am still eating more healthy than I have ever done in my life and I continue to do my exercises. There is no greater feeling than the satisfaction in knowing you broke a good sweat. I desperately want to be at 320 at the end of the month.... I don't know how in the world that would feel. I would assume FANTASTIC. Today is Saturday and will be doing 2 miles today, walking with the kids. But for now... so sleepy.

Walked an additional mile and a half with a staff member at work along with a few clients. Had a great time. Got it in! Gotta go.....lol
