18 more pounds and I will be in the 200's.....YES LORD!!!!!!! I continually exercise and have begun taking B12 vitamins as well as my regular vitamin. Still mindful of what I eat, although not as strict as before. I am feeling good and so thankful I am continuing to lose this weight! People are noticing!

I continue to do my exercises daily. I see a great improvement with my endurance level. I have begun walking two miles and then incorporating Hip Hop Abs to my routine. Total exercise each day is around 45 minutes. The Hip Hop Abs DVD is crazy for sure, but I enjoy it so much. As for my diet, well it is not as strict as when I first started losing weight...trying to ensure the food intake would be something I can live with. I am still very mindful of the foods I eat and at what times....so I feel all in all pretty good about it. I have had a few days of disappointment because I did eat a fried porkchop this week which is something I am not suppose to eat, but a friend of mine who lost 70 pounds in 3 months told me it is ok to treat myself from time to time. Happy to record a 3 pound weight loss since my last weigh in. Thank GOD!!!!! I want to get below 300 so bad......299lbs, here I come!
