I started Weight Watchers Janurary 23,2007 at 279.0 pounds and since then have lost a total of 50 pounds to date. This is the only thing that has worked for me. It is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change, one that I CAN make.
I am mom to 2 boys ages 18 and 16 and am married to the most wonderful man in the world. I have been married for 19 years. I work in the road construction field as a materials engineer.
I am probably the proudest person in the world to say that I am a hillbilly. I live in Wild Wonderful West Virginia, yes it truely is Almost Heaven. As a matter of fact, Heaven is a local phone call from here.

Big loser
I am a loser this week, and for some reason it feels good.

Core, anyone?
I start each week trying to do core but for some reason i end up on flex, I keep track of every little BLT. I mean that I try core but dont know enough about it to completly engulf it. Wehn I get to the end of the day and add up my points and do the core WPAs in am usually over on the WPAs but ok on the flex points. I dont like to try new things especially food. So I usually end up eating the same things over and over again. You would think that as picky an eater as I am that I would not have a weight problem, but I do and have my entire life.

Loss of willpower?
Where in the world did it go. I was so motivated just one month ago, then *poof* gone. Nothing. I dont care what I eat or when. I have only worked out like maybe 5 times and some of those were only half what I need to do. I want to do it and think about it all the time, I just dont do it. Does that happen to everyone or am I just a nucklehead.

Weight loss is the main topic of thought in my head and I know what to do and how to do it and when to do it, I just dont do it.

Aaugh. Help. Motivate me, please.
