I've been bad about recording my eating and exercise on here and I haven't been exercising enough either but I'm back on it tomorrow. Usually people do great during the week and mess up over the weekend but I have to do the opposite. Its hard to be good at school because food choices are limited so the healthy choices get old fast. I also have lots of studying to do which for some reason makes me want to eat more! But overall I haven't gone overboard or anything. The first two weeks of school have already been a little stressful and I hate to think of whats to come! Haha, I'm trying to make sure I set aside time to exercise better than I did this last week. Treadmill in the morning and jogging at the school track on Saturday! Along with a hike planned for Thursday! I gotta stay on top of myself!

Oi! This is why I hate living at home! I seriously gotta move out...hopefully just a few more months...
My dad brought home donuts this morning. Seriously no one in this house needs that crap! My mom and I both trying to lose weight and him being a diabetic. -.- Of course I ate one. I love donuts. It made me feel like crud and yet I still want another one. Must. Resist. I've gotta let my stomach settle and then maybe treadmill to make myself forget there is a pink box filled with delectable fatty goodness. Sigh. Starting my morning with temptations.

Today is one of my few days off and I only had one or two things on my to-do list since school just started. Despite the fact that days off come few and far between, I over came my urge to do nothing! Haha, I did a little over 30 minutes on the treadmill with my normal interval workout that I came up with for my self. The cool/annoying thing is that I had to increase it from 32 minutes to 35 minutes to burn the same amount of calories. Its cool because I can see my progress with my body not working as hard to do the same thing but annoying because no one wants to spend even longer on the treadmill! lmao

Today is shaping up to be a pretty great day. I'm number one on the waitlist for my chem class which is great because I started out in 13 lol, I am done with my exercise already so I don't have to drag my exhausted self to the treadmill after an 8 hr workday, AND I finally lost a pound or so! Progress is a little slow but I will eventually be able to say no to fatty snacks always. Its hard because I am a chocolate girl through and through! lol

I haven't lost a lot of weight because I've still be struggling with my food choices but today is day 10 of exercise in a row and I definitely feel great about that. I'm starting to feel definition in my legs and I can tell my body is working less and less every time. I tell myself if I am exhausted one day I can take a break since I have been doing so well but honestly I've felt great. With the holidays over and my hours cut at work, I have no excuse not to exercise really. Plus I have been going hiking a few times a week in addition to normal treadmill and a light morning walk here and there. Soon I'll be weightlifting a couple hours a week too for my fitness lab in school so I'm looking forward to toning up my arms. I really just need to work on my insatiable sweet tooth! The weight always falls off so easy when I am eating right...its just been ultra hard for me. Not giving up though!
