I made this account awhile back and it worked great for me but somehow I lost track of what I was doing and ended up right back at my starting weight. School, work, and family roadblocked my weight loss. I know a lot of people can relate. I still have all the same distracters but I am more focused now than I have been in a long time. I'm vegetarian right now but if I decide to introduce meat in again later, that is okay. I'm enjoying the way I am feeling though right now, sans meat. I am moving my health from the back burner to front and center!
