Today is one of my few days off and I only had one or two things on my to-do list since school just started. Despite the fact that days off come few and far between, I over came my urge to do nothing! Haha, I did a little over 30 minutes on the treadmill with my normal interval workout that I came up with for my self. The cool/annoying thing is that I had to increase it from 32 minutes to 35 minutes to burn the same amount of calories. Its cool because I can see my progress with my body not working as hard to do the same thing but annoying because no one wants to spend even longer on the treadmill! lmao
