What do you say when . . . . . .
What do you say when your honey says to you on a Friday nite "I'm so proud of you and so happy I'm getting my Suzy back."

WoW! I was floored. Rolling Eyes

It felt so good to get such a nice compliment from my husband (who is not much of a romantic). I'm still reveling in the memory.

Would love to hear some more "compliments" others have received lately.

What to eat?
hummmm - line jello. Sounds interesting - I'll have to try that too. My favorite combo is mandarin oranges.

What to eat?
WoW - that is ALLOT of early morning protein. I learned from Jullian Michaels (the workout queen) that she has cottage cheese every morning. So I started doing that a few months ago (w/tomatoes or some fruit) - I find it keeps me from starving too (plus I happened to like cottage cheese). But it's far from 30 grams. I'm going to look into that!

What to eat?
I was just reading about The 4-hour Body Diet on this site. Sounds good. Especially if you read some of the posts from gals that are following it. I've read allot about the theory of eating often - that you will eat less. So I make sure I have low-cal snacks with me - a few bites keeps me from going wild (like thru the drive-thru wild) and keeps my blood sugar level.

But if I do have a BB King Jr Whopper at 330 cals - I just cut back some place else. Also I use allot of frozen skinless chicken breast to get my protein.

Yesterday I goofed up with frozen pizza for dinner (really wasn't all that good anyway) but ate allot of salad too. And still the scales moved in the right direction this AM.
