Sleep, ah the wonder of really good sleep. It's worth focusing on and appreciating.

Crap! Stayed up too late and started veering off track.
Oh well.
It's a new day and I WILL NOT STOP, NO MATTER WHAT!
Also, yesterday I did an hour on the machine instead of P90x, that
could have something to do with it too.

Worked on my website for 7 hours straight today!
It was hard, but I got on the machine and cranked out an hour of cardio.
DONE!
Trying not to focus on Japan... it's SO sad. Hard not to be depressed and
just want to eat.
