Crap! Stayed up too late and started veering off track.
Oh well.
It's a new day and I WILL NOT STOP, NO MATTER WHAT!

Also, yesterday I did an hour on the machine instead of P90x, that
could have something to do with it too.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
